Pick what you'd sell, set your prices, and see what's left at the end of the month once the products, the fees, and the shipping are paid for. Real supplier prices, your numbers. Takes about two minutes.
This is the single biggest thing that changes your numbers. Most people should start with the first option.
Untick anything you wouldn't carry. Change the price to whatever you'd actually charge, and put in a realistic guess for how many you'd sell in a month. Guessing low is fine — you can change it as many times as you like.
| Product | You sell it for | Sold per month | Costs you / mo | You make / mo | Costs you / mo | You make / mo | Money in / mo |
|---|
Prices shown are what the supplier recommends charging, except where a row says otherwise. You can charge whatever you want — just change the number.
The big figure in each column is your whole month for that product. The small grey figure under it is what one vial costs or makes, so you can see both at once.
Select all ticks everything and puts a 1 in any blank quantity, just so the row starts counting — replace those with your own numbers. A product only affects your totals once it has both a tick and a quantity.
On the weight-loss compounds: the fulfilment supplier only carries retatrutide in the 60mg size, so every other one shows bulk only — buying by the case is the only route to them. That is also where the biggest gap between cost and price in this whole list sits, which is exactly why they need a lawyer's eyes before you build around them.
Buying in bulk isn't just a lower price. It's a different job. You pay for the whole case up front, so your cash is tied up in boxes instead of in your bank. The shipment has to clear customs, and sometimes shipments get held or lost. You stick every label on by hand, store it somewhere climate-controlled, and pack and ship every single order yourself.
You also lose the supplier's lab certificates, so you have to pay for your own testing before you can say anything is tested.
The sensible order: start with the supplier shipping for you, find out what actually sells, then move just your best five or six products over to bulk once you know they move. Most of the savings, far less of the risk.
The "supplier ships it" cost is a real wholesale price list from a fulfilment company, on their higher-volume plan. The suggested sell price is what that same company recommends charging. The "buy in bulk" cost is a manufacturer's own price list — they sell by the case of ten vials, so we've divided by ten to show you the price per vial, before shipping it in, testing it, and labelling it, which you add yourself in the settings.
Both suppliers change their prices whenever they like, so treat everything here as a snapshot rather than a quote.
These are filled in with typical numbers. Change any of them if you know your own.
